PROJECT COMMUNITY PRIDE 28 WALNUT STREET MADISON, NJ 07940 973.593.3034
As a non-profit organization, Project Pride serves the members of its community at little or no cost. Although a nominal donation is requested upon intake, no family is turned away based on inability to pay.
Reasons for referral to Project Pride include divorce support, adolescent adjustment issues, family issues, anger, anxiety, and depression. Upon an initial intake appointment, an assessment is made by one of our Licensed Clinical Social Workers. A treatment plan is developed and the therapist and clients work together to formulate attainable goals for the family. Parents are a vital part of the process at Project Pride and are involved every step of the way.
Our welcoming office space provides families with a comfortable and inviting setting for therapy. Confidentiality is held in the highest regard at Project Community Pride. Guardians are required to sign forms to authorize treatment and release information
